Typically, you're not supposed to be insulting, e.g. I should title this article "Lindsay Lohan is acting stupidly" or "Lindsay Lohan says stupid things" but this one got me a little too much.

Alleged actress Lindsay Lohan, who got 90 days in the county jail for violating the terms of her probation, or plea agreement, or conviction, from a drunk-driving incident, in missing alcohol management or don't-get-drunk classes or whatever it was (jeez this is making me sound stupid; maybe mere third-party exposure to her apparent lack of ability to think is contagious!) seven times.

Anyway, she apparently posted a couple of tweets on twitbook or want people to follow her (into the county slam?) on bookmyface (this is a play on words on the process for being processed for an arrest as being 'booked'). I'm having waaay too much fun at this.

Of course I sound stupid because I'm just repeating third-hand what the media says she said online. Honest journalism would dictate I go find out what she said. However, I've never used Twitter or Facebook and I have no plans to do so. I have much more important and fun ways to waste time, and besides, I have enough brain damage, I don't need to work on new ways to make myself stupider.

Anyway, first she apparently steals some quote (which is literate enough that I know she couldn't have written it) from what is probably a UN treaty barring cruel and unusual punishment, probably not having the slightest idea what "cruel and unusual" means. She'd probably consider the terms I live under under cruel and unusual punishment!

But what got me was her supposed rant over federal sentencing guidelines. Hey, Lindsay, you're never going to read or see this, but I'd like to point out you're being sentenced by a California state court judge, not a federal one, and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines don't have a damn thing to do with you!

Besides FSGs would only apply if you got put in a Federal institution, and the not very nasty local jails in the Southern California area are nothing compared to an actual prison or penitentiary, especially a federal one.

Does she have light colored hair? Somehow the phrase "dumb blonde" comes to mind.

But who said actresses have to have any intelligence?
