Mexico's Attorney General gets microchip implant
In a follow-up to the recent story on Slashdot about how some Japanese schoolchildren will be tagged with RFID tags in their bags and clothing, CNN is reporting that the Mexican Attorney General (and some of his staff) have actually had microchip implants inserted beneath the skin, both as a means to access certain databases and as a means to be tracked in the event of kidnapping.
